About Taft Mohair

■Taft is a passionate, dynamic, and entertaining speaker with an excellent ability to inspire, inform and empower people with simple, yet profound insights that move them toward success in all walks of life.

■ Taft addresses thousands of men, women and children each year on the subjects of personal, professional and spiritual development. His energized talks and seminars on success, leadership, self-esteem, teamwork, spiritual growth, goal setting and goal achievement bring about immediate change and long-term results.

■ Taft is president of Empowered Insights, a training and development company based, in Houston, Texas.

■ Prior to founding his company, Taft was successful as an engineer, educator and entrepreneur. In an engineering role, he worked for several Fortune 500 companies in various functional positions: test engineer, factory support engineer, and marketing and sales engineer. Taft is a graduate of Prairie View A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.

■ In 1996, Taft started his first business, which enabled him to pursue his dream of cultivating minds with the Houston Independent School District. As an educator, he taught math and algebra for six years at the middle school and high school levels. With no formal training in education, Taft led his students to the highest levels of academic success and recognition possible. Upon retiring from the classroom, he was asked by numerous leaders in the field of education to return because of the positive impact he had on both the staff and students.

■ As an entrepreneur, Taft has built successful enterprises throughout the United States and abroad. Taft has built successful organizations in multiple network marketing companies. His network marketing success has allowed him the time and freedom to pursue his dream of professional training and speaking as he impacts the lives of all he encounters.

■ Taft and his wife, Andrea are the proud parents of a boy and girl, Taft III and Amaya.
